Production Time
To provide you with quick turnaround time from prototype to production, we design and tool our own dies, molds and fixtures. Typically, we can go from concept to production in less than 12 weeks.

Tooling Costs
If American Cable retains the rights to market and sell a product, you will not be charged tooling costs. You are only charged for tooling costs if a product is specific to your particular requirements. For instance, we would bill a tooling charge for an assembly board for a wiring harness. If production business is awarded, the tooling charges, in most cases, can be amortized.

We manufacture all products to the highest quality standards and perform extensive testing to ensure the end product not only meets, but exceeds your expectations.
